Update 22—February 13 (Sis) 

I have now completed my third stage of this new medication.
The first two stages were really no big deal with just the usual side effects. Both were pills. The third was an infusion. I thought it was going to be a shot but nope…..I had to infuse it. Once again, the infusion was not a huge deal. I take the pills every day. The infuson is every third week. A couple of side effects here, but nothing I can’t handle.

Dr. Johnson is a very creative person. They have not given this combination to anyone else apparently.  That’s good for me. Trying something new is a blessing. We are going to hit on something in a minute….I can just feel it coming on. My hair which I just got in has fallen out. This happened right after the infusion….A form of chemo with antitoxins. While at the clinic last Monday it took 5 hours.  I had to infuse at a slow pace….took forever. I get mag at a much faster pace…so a big difference there. The first time you take this third drug they watch very closely to make sure you can get unplugged if an emergency pops up.

Today I was out and about.
Had a few errands to run. What a weird driving day. I ran over a cement barricade, front and back at Starbucks. Looks like my front bumper is split down the mddle. Then someone got the left side of my Accord……it must have been while I was in Walgreens…as I drove down our hill I ran over the neighbors wall (it was already a mess). It actually looks a little better.   I really was thinking about how to tell the Big Guy the Accord had three new beauty marks today, but luckily no tickets so I had time to just let it unfold…so to speak. Wouldn’t you know it…..there he goes to Starbucks. As he arrived back he looked just like Spock…that eyebrow was working overtime………..he ran up the stairs, grabbed me and said “I don’t care about the car. Looks like a busy day for you—Mario,” I then fell up the stairs and am eternally grateful for this Prince of a guy!

Oh by the way, we put solar lighting in the yard. Works pretty good.
