Update 23—March 13 (Sis) 

This has been a very exciting week!

Let me start by telling you about last week.

My regular doctor, Doctor J, as I like to call him, was out of town, so I saw Dr. Means instead. J and I were with her in the examination room and I was talking to her and she asked me, “Are you feeling a little spacey?” I had been taking some medication that was affecting me. She suggested that I should have some scans to make sure everything was okay. She ordered a brain scan and a bone scan and told me to come and see Dr. Johnson in a week.

Well ….. I saw Dr. Johnson on Wed. and he told me that he hasn’t seen anything quite like this. He showed me my original bone scan from Aug 2004. He pointed out the “spots” and then showed me my latest scan.

THERE AREN’T ANY SPOTS ANYMORE!!!!

J and I began thanking God immediately.

He said it was, “amazing”, and that this just doesn’t happen this way. He also said that my brain MRI, “didn’t show anything”. I think he meant that in strictly a professional way and that it was not a personal comment.

J and I went down the hall to the infusion room stopping everybody along the way and telling them all about it. God is working a miracle in me! He’s begun a good work in me and He will complete it. (Phil. 1:6)

I’m beginning to get excited about the idea of going back to work. I can’t say when it will be; but I know this for sure …….. I’m going to have to start practicing my typing, get used to getting up early, and walking on high-heels again.
